1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zp888 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible via the domain zp888.cam and any associated mobile applications or subdomain services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by the Operator (as defined in Section 2 below).

zp888 provides a range of online gaming services including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, football, UFC and other international sports), live casino games, slot games, instant games and table games. All services are offered in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) and other accepted currencies as displayed in the cashier at the time of use.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device used, the geographic location from which the Platform is accessed, or the manner in which the user navigated to the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are doing so lawfully under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful where you are located.

In these Terms, the following capitalised expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, or by accessing or using the Platform in any other manner, you acknowledge that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
2. You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4;
4. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your participation in the Platform's services is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you are accessing the Platform;
5. You consent to the Operator processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction and/or the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence. Access to the Platform by persons under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where use of the Platform would violate applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine your local law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have requested self-exclusion from the Platform or from any gambling service operated by the Operator. Self-exclusion requests are binding and the Operator will not knowingly process deposits from self-excluded users.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor or affiliate of the Operator, or an immediate family member of any such person.

5 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on the Platform requires the submission of accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

KYC Verification: Before the Operator processes your first withdrawal, and at any other point deemed necessary for compliance purposes, you will be required to complete KYC verification by providing one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account screen displaying your name and account number, or a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or another recognised institution). Payment providers are referenced for identification purposes only and do not endorse or affiliate with zp888.
• In certain circumstances, source-of-funds documentation may be requested.

KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 business hours of document submission. The Operator reserves the right to suspend deposits and withhold pending withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Submission of false, fraudulent or misrepresentative documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

The Platform accepts deposits via payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may change from time to time at the Operator's discretion. Current availability is always shown in the cashier and overrides any general references on this or any other page of the Platform.

Payment methods may include mobile wallets and bank transfer options familiar to users in Pakistan, as well as cryptocurrency options where supported. References to specific payment brands — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are illustrative of the types of methods that may be available. None of these providers endorse or affiliate with zp888. Users must verify that their use of any payment provider complies with that provider's own terms of service.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• The Operator does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply fees independently. The Operator has no control over or liability for such fees.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance on confirmed receipt by the Operator. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the PKR equivalent value at the time of receipt; exchange rate risk is borne by the User.
• Deposits that appear to be made for purposes other than genuine gameplay — including but not limited to exploiting payment timing differences or bonus structures — may be reversed and the associated Account closed.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from your verified Account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC Completion: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. The Operator will not release funds to unverified accounts.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals will generally be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to Operator discretion and payment provider availability.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request and vary by payment method.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Standard processing takes place within 24–72 business hours after KYC verification and Operator approval. Delays may occur where additional verification is required or during high-volume periods.
• Bonus Balance: Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Balance generated after satisfying applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

8 Bonus & Promotional Terms

Bonuses, free bets, reload offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives offered by the Operator are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Users who have requested self-exclusion, are in a restricted jurisdiction, or are otherwise in breach of these Terms are not eligible for bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× bonus). Until this requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and instant games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%). Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire on the date specified in the individual promotion terms if wagering requirements are not met within that period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each User is entitled to claim each promotion once. Duplicate claims using multiple accounts will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Operator Discretion: The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that existing wagering obligations are honoured.

9 Gameplay Rules

The rules of each game and sports betting market are governed by the specific game rules published within the game interface or the sportsbook market description. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes, and these Terms shall prevail for matters relating to account management, withdrawals and conduct.

For sports betting:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. The Operator does not guarantee that odds shown prior to clicking "Place Bet" will remain available until confirmation.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets are settled according to the specific sport's rules and the Operator's published settlement policy for that event type.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time without notice, including during play, where the data feed or pricing integrity is compromised.
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was settled in error, or where the result was obtained through corrupted data.

For casino games:

• All casino games on the Platform are operated by licensed game content providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes in a controlled environment.
• Technical malfunctions during a game session will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. Where a malfunction prevents a game outcome from being determined, the wager may be returned to the User's Real Money Balance.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC or during the course of using the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal or convert the proceeds of crime or any other illicit financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated wagering strategies, multi-accounting, chip-dumping or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or under the name or details of another person.
• Collusion: Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automation tools, data-scraping software or any other unauthorised software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for legitimate gameplay.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider for any deposit that has been used for wagering. Where chargebacks are identified, the Operator will pursue recovery through all available legal means.
• Underage Access: Accessing the Platform while under the applicable minimum age, or facilitating access by a minor.

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property comprised in the Platform — including but not limited to the zp888 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content (where the Operator holds a sublicense to present it) and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to the Operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in such intellectual property other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell or otherwise exploit any element of the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, data, revenue, opportunity or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any interruption in service caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, regulatory actions or other events outside the Operator's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws, including restrictions on online gambling in Pakistan;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to maintain account security (e.g., sharing your password);
• Third-party payment provider fees, delays or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Operator's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Responsible Gambling

zp888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Operator provides the following tools to help users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps configurable by the User. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net amount a User may lose within a specified period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and hard stops that restrict gaming session duration.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications reminding the User how long they have been playing and their current net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and the Account will be suspended within a reasonable period of the request being received by the support team.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period of being requested;
• The Account is found to be a duplicate or is linked to a self-excluded user;
• A regulatory requirement, court order or law enforcement directive requires such action;
• The Operator determines, in its sole discretion, that continued provision of services to the User presents an unacceptable commercial or compliance risk.

On closure of an Account for cause, the Operator may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real money balances pending investigation. Where a balance is ultimately determined to be legitimately held by the User, it will be returned via the User's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to the Operator.

Users who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

15 Amendments to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will provide notice via the Platform (e.g., a notification upon login or a banner on the homepage) with at least 7 days' notice before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as notified to users from time to time.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact the Operator's customer support team in the first instance. The Operator will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all complaints within 28 days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to the support email address.

Nothing in this Section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
